1. What Manage GPL is (and isn't)

Manage GPL is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management dashboard. We build and operate the control plane you use to install, update, and maintain plugins and themes across multiple WordPress sites. That is the extent of our product.

We are not:

The developers or authors of the plugins and themes you install through the service. We did not write Elementor, Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, Divi, WP Rocket, or any of the other third-party products in the catalog.
Affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any plugin or theme author, vendor, brand, or their parent companies. Any third-party name, logo, or trademark that appears on the service is used solely for identification of the software and remains the property of its respective owner.
A download host or mirror for third-party plugin or theme files. When you install a free item, the ZIP streams from WordPress.org; when you install a premium item, it streams from the GPL Times catalog (gpltimes.com) which is an independent redistributor. We do not warehouse third-party binaries ourselves — we only proxy the transfer so your connected site can fetch it securely.

The only software we author and distribute is the Manage GPL Connect WordPress connector plugin that pairs your site to your dashboard.

2. "As-is" service

Manage GPL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, about the operation of the service, including the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any content, features, or related graphics.

3. Updates may break things

The service automates the installation of plugin and theme updates on WordPress sites you connect. Updates can occasionally introduce regressions, conflicts, or compatibility issues with your specific site configuration. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your sites before initiating updates. We are not liable for any damage, data loss, downtime, or revenue loss caused by an update.

4. Third-party plugin & theme software

Every plugin and theme you install via the service is third-party software. Premium items in the GPL Times catalog are released under the GPL or a GPL-compatible license; free items come from the WordPress.org directory under each plugin or theme's stated license. All such software is provided as-is by the original authors and redistributors. We do not author, maintain, or support third-party software and cannot warrant its functionality, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. Support, bug reports, and feature requests for those products should be directed to their respective developers.

5. Third-party infrastructure

The service relies on third-party providers for payments, DDoS protection, email delivery, and server hosting. Outages, bugs, or policy changes from these providers may affect Manage GPL availability. We are not responsible for actions or failures of third parties.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the service constitutes legal, financial, or technical advice. Consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

7. External links

The service contains links to external sites. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content of those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manage GPL, its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
