1. 3-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Manage GPL paid plan, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
This applies to your first subscription only. Renewals are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request". Include your order or subscription ID if you have it.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Funds typically appear on your card within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your existing paid period continues until its end date, then your account drops to Free.
4. What's not refundable
- Subscription periods after the first 3 days of your initial purchase
- Subsequent renewal payments (cancel before the renewal date instead)
- Manual subscriptions granted as compensation or promotional credit
- Charges arising from misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to refund within the terms above. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and recovery costs being added to your final balance.
