Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free — connect up to 5 sites and see everything that's installed across them, no payment details required. Upgrade when you need premium updates or bulk operations.
How does the connector plugin work?
Two flows — Automatic (give us wp-admin credentials once, we install the connector and pair the site in under 30 seconds) or Manual (download the connector yourself, install it in WP admin, copy the pairing token from its Settings page, paste it into Manage GPL). Both end with a connected site running an HMAC-signed REST API; we read inventory and run updates on demand. Credentials used in the automatic flow live only in memory for the install request and are never stored.
Do you store my WordPress admin password?
Never. The connection is purely token-based. The plugin stores a per-site auth token (hashed on our end) and an HMAC secret (used only for verifying signed requests). Admin credentials never touch our database.
How many sites can I connect?
Free: 5 sites. Developer: up to 50. Agency: up to 1,000. You can switch plans any time from your billing dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing dashboard — your plan stays active until the end of your current period, then drops to Free with all your data intact.
What if a plugin update breaks my site?
The connector includes a fatal-error handler that auto-deactivates the offending plugin before your site goes down. You can then roll back or debug on your own time. See Auto-heal: recovering from a fatal plugin error.
