A tour of your dashboard
What each section of the Manage GPL dashboard does — sites overview, cross-site plugin view, uptime, billing, support.

On this page
After you log in, you'll land on the Manage GPL dashboard. Here's what each section does.
Overview
The top of the page shows a summary — how many sites you have connected, how many pending updates there are across all of them, any open support tickets, and the status of your current plan. Below that, a list of your sites with the most important things at a glance: status, number of outdated plugins/themes, last activity timestamp.
Sites
Click any site row or the Sites tab in the sidebar to drill into a site. Each site has its own sidebar with these sections:
- Dashboard — pending updates, key health stats, quick actions for that one site.
- Plugins — every installed plugin, with install/activate/deactivate/delete actions.
- Themes — same as plugins, for themes.
- Health — WordPress version, PHP version, SSL status, memory, and other diagnostics.
- Uptime — on/off toggle and incident history for this site.
- Whitelabel — per-site branding overrides (on Agency plan).
- Schedule Updates — per-site override of your global update schedule (Developer/Agency).
- History — every update, install, connect/disconnect, scheduled run, SSO login, and lifecycle action timestamped. Retained 30 days.
Below the sections, the per-site sidebar also has action buttons: Pause site (stops Manage GPL from touching it), Enable / Disable maintenance mode (paid plans), and Delete site.
Plugins
The Plugins tab in the sidebar (not the same as the per-site Plugins tab) shows every unique plugin across all your sites, deduplicated. Useful for asking "which sites have Yoast SEO installed and which are on the latest version?" in one view, and for triggering a bulk update of a single plugin across every outdated site at once.
Themes
Same concept as the Plugins tab, but for themes.
Uptime
Cross-site uptime summary — all your monitored sites in one page, with current status, incident count, and response time graphs. A good first-thing-in-the-morning check.
Whitelabel & Schedule Updates (Settings)
Two global-settings pages live in the sidebar:
- Whitelabel — global rebranding of the connector plugin (Agency plan). Per-site overrides are configured under each site.
- Schedule Updates — set a default cadence (days, hour, timezone, scope) that applies to every connected site (Developer/Agency plan). Per-site overrides at Sites → [site] → Schedule Updates replace the global for that one site.
Account & Billing
The sidebar's Billing link shows your current plan, usage (sites connected vs your limit), upcoming renewal date, and invoice history. Account is for profile, password change, and 2FA.
Support
Open a support ticket, read replies, and see the history of past tickets. Every message you send can include up to 5 screenshots (JPG/PNG/GIF/WEBP, 20 MB total). Auto-closes idle tickets after 30 days.
